Improver Surfboard (Tolcarne)

If you are standing consistently and looking to progress this is the board for you. Improver boards have a smaller shape and a different construction from beginner boards. In comparison to beginner boards their construction and shape mean they have less volume and are more responsive.

With more maneuverability, their thinner shape tends to be faster.

Improver surfboards are good to progress onto once you are consistently standing up and riding the wave on a foamie. They have a narrower at their nose and tail, reducing their volume and making them more responsive (and slightly less forgiving!).
